- 9x5 Technical Support, allowing you access to ZyXEL Support staff in the UK. This service is offered between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding UK Public and Bank Holidays.
- 9x5 Remote Diagnostics performed by ZyXEL Support staff, who may access real-time configurations, check hardware and software revision levels, and perform system checks such as port statistics to enable the prompt resolution of technical issues.
- The service guarantees your ability to have issues escalated with priority into ZyXEL’s Customer Support Organisation globally.
- An Engineer visit with hardware replacement Monday through Friday, excluding UK Public and Bank holidays, in the unlikely event of a product hardware failure. The response time is a 4 hour response same business day.
