Prints that fail these guaranteed performance claims when produced on compatible HP printers identified in the HP Media Compatibility Chart, and with HP defined color and print workflows, will be replaced with the same or comparable HP media product at HP’s option. To obtainservice, please contact HP customer support. At HP’s option, HP will either replace products that prove to be defective or refund your purchase price.
